Marketing plan

A Marketing plan is usually a subset of the general business plan. To be successful in any business, managers must establish a reliable marketing strategy, which serves as the guideline of marketing. Of course, a good marketing plan incorporates several actions. In order for a marketing plan to be viable, a marketing plan must have sound strategic backing by strong corporate objectives. A business’s goals offer the general context of marketing since every business should be sales oriented. It is therefore essential to plan effectively, including incentivising the pay in order to reward and motivate the staff. Aligning marketing duties with the corporate objectives makes an enterprise to provide the desired solution to its customers and this is accompanied by success.

The Food Concept Restaurant will be offering the best European and American dishes. The costs of food will be above average. The menus will cover what other common restaurant menu contain and we will offer supportive services like entertainment and other recreation services to all esteemed clients depending on their taste and preferences. There is no doubt that entertainment brings about comfort and relaxation to customers. Having meals with the Food Concept Casino will mean getting better services because the setup will have sufficiently trained staff who will help in planning, managing, organising, and guiding clients whenever the need arises. Therefore, customer reception, reservations, need for beverages, and all categories of food operations will be considered.

Marketing must be done extensively if the business is to reach its target. As such, the Food Concept hotel will promote its services extensively with marketing tools, such as posters, social network, flyers, email promotions, as well as a public event. This is because the manager will be knowledgeable on health eating and maintaining healthy lifestyles as often desired by prospective customers in the target segment.

Food handling will be part of Food Concept major duty and to ensure safety of our clients, especially those who have allergies to specific foods, we shall avoid using common food allergens like corn, mollusks, soy and peanut because they are known for being sources of allergies. The management of Food Concept will ensure that the health of our customers is addressed by using internationally accepted standards of handling food, thus ensuring that clients will be protected against major digestive complaints, which are associated with other hotels.

The design of the Casino will not be too complicated because as scholars argue, a huge and empty space fills up whenever owners begin adding up commercial kitchens, refrigerators, bars, restrooms, waiting areas, among others. Therefore, our design will be balanced between seating capacity and aesthetics. In addition, it will have the general manager who will serve as the main executive. Furthermore, the hotel structure will comprise a few departments, including marketing, human resource and customer relations. Department heads will oversee the departments. The organizational skeleton and the number of job vacancies will not be big since we shall start small before considering the possibilities of expansion.

In conclusion, the ultimate aim of Food Concept is to meet the needs of customers who will be searching for a contemporary restaurant with cheaper prices and wide range of Menus.Food Concept will seek to carve a niche in the competitive hotel industry by identifying with the needs of the upwardly mobile career professionals.
