Q1
The Americans have two party systems which have two political parties thus the Republicans and Democrats. The political and government systems of the United States have great power in the legislature and Supreme Court. A two political and government system is where the two political parties dominate politics in a government. The two party systems may be described as an arrangement in which almost all elected officials belong to one of the two major parties. In this case the majority wins. The two parties have a duopoly thus they almost share power equally (Philips, 2011). Politics is viewed as the use of power from the public choice and pluralism. Corruption in this system may not play role in the systems because the voters only have to decide between two political parties and they are stable compared to having a multiple party system. The parties are moderate and appeal to the center to win the elections. Since it is a people’s choice government the winning party bands with the minor party to prevent dominant of power and balance the power
Q2
A political party system is form of political organization that influences the government policy in a democratic country. Other countries have many party systems but what matters is the plurality of elections of the party. A two political party system is controlled by the plurality of electoral systems to the disadvantage of smaller third parties, just like the Republicans and the Democrats control in the American political system. The winner takes all system (Philips, 2011).

Citizenship is the rights, disposition and responsibilities of membership in a community. Political Systems for instance the democracies, monarchies and dictatorships attend to particular vital questions of government for instance: What power should a government have? It also gives for ways that parts of that system interconnect and merge to carry out certain functions of government.
Power is to the ability of people to influence the actions of others. Government is the official processes and institutions of a society that is politically organized with authority to interpret, make, and enforce rules and laws. Decision Making is the procedure used when influencing and monitor civic and public life through working with others, articulating interests and ideals, negotiating compromise and building coalitions, seeking consensus as well as managing conflict.
Civic Values are the crucial principles that form the foundation for the democratic type of government. They include: honesty, justice, honesty, self-discipline, respect for property, self and others, equality as well as majority rule with respect for minority rights. Human Rights are the economic, political and social rights that everyone is entitled to, for instance, the right to liberty, life, and a person’s protection and well-being of his family and himself as well as and a standard of living satisfactorily for the health. Human rights are unchallengeable and articulated in various United Nations documents (Philips, 2011).
