REF: PAYMENT OF A PRELIMINARY SUM OF KSH 300,000
Following an order by the client (Suntrek Lower Kabete Co. Ltd) issued to us (Galaxy Power Installation Co. Ltd) to vacate the site for a new electrical sub-contractor earlier (Power Engineering) last week, I wish to bring to the fore my humble request for a payment of a preliminary sum of Kshs 300, 000 as stated afore besides your approved valuation for the Suntrek project.
This sum was never quoted in our original tender Bill of Quantities, but had equally been spread in other sections of the Bill of Quantities with a sole aim of winning a competitive tender rate(s) which could otherwise have been recovered if the company was to continue working on the project as earlier initiated.
