Process of cooking rice

The process of preparing rice may seem the easiest thing to do; however, that is not true for most people. This is because cooking not even something rice to most people have always proven to be difficult. Therefore most of the time, there is a need for a process in the cooking process so that all steps followed there can be the fruition of what needs to be achieved and, in this case, the proper cooking of rice. The reason for writing this down is the fact that I have always wanted to cook. I love cooking, but it is not every time I get the time or the chance to cook. Therefore what I am putting down was the last meal I prepared, and it came out so good I decided to write it down for you to be able to use it and prepare your rice.

Cooking rice is a process. It is a process for any cooking that a person engages in. therefore, a process needs everything to be in place before it starts. There is a likelihood of mess up if a person starts a process when everything is not perfectly in place. Therefore for the cooking of rice, we need ingredients as well as tools. Ingredients are the items we are mixing and cooking to make the rice meal at the end of the process. The tools help us to go about the process. The ingredients needed for this process are 2 cups of rice, water, salt, one big onion, three tomatoes, one green pepper, two big carrots, cooking oil, and spices. On the part of tools, we need two cooking pots, chopping board, wooden spoon, lid for the pot, gas or electric cooker, matchbox, and match sticks, jug for water, grater, and a plate.

With all these ready, then it is okay to start the process of preparation to cook. The preparation should be done perfectly, and one should not start cooking until they have prepared all the ingredients. The first thing is making sure that the utensils are completely clean and cleaning the cleanable ingredients. At this point, also clean the rice and sock for the next 30 minutes as you prepare the ingredients so that you begin cooking. After cleaning the ingredients in clean running water, begin chopping the onions onto the chopping board, then to one of the pots while the other stores the rice. After this, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and keep them on one side chopping board. On the other side, grate the carrots and cut green pepper into the carrot. With this done, it is okay now to begin the cooking process.

Put on the gas or the electric cook. Once it is on, places the pot with the onions on it, then pour inadequate cooking oil. When the onion cooks to brown, add the tomatoes and simmer for like 5 minutes. After the onions have formed a thick paste-like conglomerate, at this point, add a pinch of salt, then add the carrots and the green pepper. Put on the lid and simmer for like 7 minutes. At this time, as it simmers, make sure you warm water and have hot water. After 7 minutes, add 4 cups of water to the pot and allow to boil for 2 minutes, add salt to taste and pour the soaked 2 cups of rice inside the pot, and stir. Cook for 15 minutes and open the lid to check if the water has dried.

When almost dry, lower the temperature or intensity of heat simmer for 5 minutes. Once this is done, put off the gas or the electric cooker and leave the rice for another 5 minutes with the lid on. After this, serve it with a stew of your choice. In conclusion, therefore, we can say that it is very important to cook and eat one’s cooked food. However, circumstances do not always allow us to practice some of the things we desire.
