This type of leadership will have a favorable influence on patient and organizational results because of the way it affects professional relationships. Using this leadership style, I will encourage my subordinates to share a vision and utilize objectives as a source of inspiring motivation. Employees are treated as individuals and given the freedom to come up with fresh solutions to old challenges. In addition, my followers will be influenced by this approach since it is based on trust, respect, and loyalty. As a medical worker, I am acutely aware of the importance of every second spent with patients. It’s critical for healthcare facilities to maintain a continuous workflow and reduce waiting times by eliminating redundant data. Using a database server that eliminates redundancies and keeps a more productive system and applications like care software available for physicians and nurses to use, I could easily remedy this issue. However, ongoing training and skill development is a more realistic method that works well with the adoption of new technologies.
